Glowhandstudio provides professional tree and shrub care services. As a service-based business, our policies differ from those of product-based businesses. This policy outlines our approach to service satisfaction, cancellations, and refunds.

Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality tree care services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, where appropriate, provide remedial work at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at any time before our team arrives at your property. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow us to schedule other clients.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply as specified in your service agreement.

After Service Commencement

Once tree care work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work already completed. The specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds may be provided if service has not been completed and no work has been performed
Partial refunds may be considered if work is incomplete due to circumstances beyond your control
Refunds are not typically available for completed services unless there is a significant failure to meet agreed service standards

Service Guarantee

We guarantee that all tree care work will be performed to professional standards as outlined in your service agreement. If work does not meet these standards, we will return to complete or correct the work at no additional charge.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may have rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Tree care services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. No charges apply for weather-related cancellations.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
